AI Expert · Operator · Educator
Now I put AI to work inside it, and teach the people running it to do the same.
Who I Am
I grew up in Utah with nothing handed to me. No degree. No connections. No safety net. I lost my father at 14, moved to Texas at 20 with everything I owned in the back seat of my car, and spent the next decade building myself from the ground up. I am not a technologist who stumbled into business. I am an operator who went and mastered the technology.

Who I Am
I grew up in Utah with nothing handed to me. No degree. No connections. No safety net. I lost my father at 14, moved to Texas at 20 with everything I owned in the back seat of my car, and spent the next decade building myself from the ground up.
Every chapter taught me something the previous one couldn't. Personal training taught me the human body and the power of discipline. Commercial real estate taught me markets, negotiation, and how deals actually get made. And through all of it, a quiet conviction that I was building toward something bigger than any single career could hold.
Today I do two things. I put artificial intelligence to work inside real businesses, the operational, human, unglamorous kind I spent eighteen years living in. And I teach the people running them to wield it themselves. I am not a technologist who stumbled into business. I am an operator who went and mastered the technology.
The Journey
The Foundation
I walked into a gym at 24 and decided to rebuild myself from the inside out. I earned my NASM Certified Personal Training credential plus four additional specializations: Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Fitness Nutrition, and Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning. I learned how the body works, how behavior drives outcomes, and how people change when they finally see themselves clearly. That last part never left me.

The Proving Ground
In 2019 I joined NAI Robert Lynn, a Top-5 CRE brokerage, starting in a cubicle with nothing but a phone and a dream. I earned the title of Urban Dallas Market Director in the Retail Division. I won leasing assignments at Bank of America Plaza, Republic Center, and 1700 Pacific. I managed 24 listings with 55 available commercial spaces across 200,000+ square feet. I closed 53 transactions in four years. From the cubicle to a nameplate on my own office door.

The Frontier
Everything I had learned, every failure I had survived, every industry I had mastered, converged on the one force reshaping all of them at once: artificial intelligence. So I did what I have always done. I went and mastered it from the ground up, not as a spectator but as a builder, until I could put it to work inside real businesses and teach the people running them to do the same. The arena taught me how work really happens. AI is how I multiply it.

What I Do
Most AI advice comes from people who have never carried a quota or run an operation. Mine comes from eighteen years of doing exactly that. I move a business from curious about AI to compounding on it, and I make sure the capability stays in the building after I leave.
